"I've been trying to contact them for more than a week now about a unit that they had available. Paid for 2 applications so a total of $170 gone. They haven't gotten back to me, left like a dozen of voicemails nothing. Called the property management (Sundance Property Management) and nothing. Horrible experience trying to get a place here."

"EDIT: Negative reviews are getting taken down. That's always a good sign. This was a great place to live until the new owners bought the place. Ever since, they don't upkeep the property hardly at all, and they raised our rent without warning OR giving our apartment the upgrade they've given everyone else's. They also skip our apartment whenever there's maintenance, and when we request it, it never comes. They know our apartment is infested with German cockroaches, our sink is leaking, and that we can't take showers half the time because there's no water pressure. No effort has been made to resolve these issues despite numerous maintenance requests. The machines in the laundry room cost 2 dollars, so you spend at least 4 washing your things. I say 'at least' because the machines often don't work on the first cycle, and sometimes they double charge your card. We have heard no plans for a club or fitness center, like the description promises. The "dog park" is a cramped plot of dirt with a splintered bench, a worn-out fence, piles upon piles of dog poop, and a gate that doesn't latch. They'll hire construction workers without informing tenants, resulting in blocked cars, parking spots, and sometimes the entire driveway with no warning. I've been late to work three times due to this. Others have even had their vehicles towed. The indoor views of the apartments are dishonest as well. There are no ceiling fans, no screens on half the windows, and the floors are carpeted. I strongly suggest looking at other reviewers' photos. I was raised here, and it's incredibly depressing watching the place I grew up in go downhill so rapidly. We're saving for a trailer; that is preferable at this point. Rent anywhere else if at all possible."

"this is my 8 months of living in this run down apartments place still no maintenance people after almost 6 months now the temps quit on them after the second day they never fix anything all concerns or work orders are ignored has will phones calls emails lots of big dog waste all over the property nobody picks up after big dogs the lease states it’s a non smoking community yet people smoke weed inside the apartments and it all comes out from the walls nonstop cigarettes by the front hallways of the buildings trash on the parking lots the laundry rooms is always dirty and trash cans overflowing the dog park is a mud field should be used has a garbage park instead the apartments are remodeled poorly and cheap you have been warned by the reviews here so no rent at the Montana apartments or anything that Sundance property management is in charge of you will regret it"

"Absolute garbage complex and even worse management company. Dirty and dilapidated apartments, rotting dog poop evrywhre, mold-riddled buildings, and massive water bills every month. Office staff n maintenance are rarely on site n don’t do much when they’re there. Save yourself the headache, health problems, and mental anguish."

"UPDATE been here 4 months now this place is same or worst then what I was when I moved in. over a month with no maintenance person they hire temps that don’t last the dog park is still a dump overflowing dog waste bags you can’t even walk your dog in it. they started fixing the parking lots that are starting to sink because it’s all mud. people throw trash on the floors also nobody picks after there dogs. the laundry room is filthy most of the time they raised the price on the machines people smoke cigarettes all day outside the doors and weed even tho the lease agreement says you can’t smoke still have a water leak not fixed in over 3 months now"
