"I moved in July 13Th and Kat made it a smooth easy move for me! Being that I was coming from out of state we did everything electronically and my apartment was ready with no issues! So far everyone is friendly and it is quiet at night!! I think I’m going to enjoy my stay here!!!!! Thanks Kat!!!!"

"I have lived in the complex for 3 years. I have always paid my rent on time and not been a complaining tenants. Out of the blue I was given 30 days notice that they are not renewing my lease and I have to move. Told me they "legally" don't have to tell me why."

"If I could give no stars I would. Starting off with the office KAT is very unprofessional. It’s takes them months sometimes weeks if you get lucky to fix something. They do a really good job staging the apartments to look nice when you move in but there really not in good condition. There was hair that was painted over all over the base boards. The toilet roll holder and towel racks are not stable and will fall right out the wall. Don’t get me started on the outlets being loose and can’t even get anything to stay in them. My sink just mysteriously over flowed maintenance decided to undo the pipes flooded my kitchen then used my bath towels to clean it up. Never got reimbursed for that. They have people with in the apartment complex that watches people and reports to kat. Maintenance is nosey and will tell on any little thing no privacy at all. The worst place to live."

"Car alarms going off at all times of the day and night with no resolution from management other than "call the cops". If you can afford better I’d go suggest somewhere else, don’t be fooled by management saying it’s a “quiet community”"
