"So apparenly they are starting a rehab facility or something at this complex. The voicemail then continues to state that the complex will take application at the end of the year or next year. Now i am all for giving people a second chance and all but i also have kids and cant really take a chance with my children being around ppl who MAY have a drug or alcohol problem. Now i know that this happens everywhere but to knowingly move into a complex with this knowledge just will not do for me. The voicemail was also very vague as to what the complex plan was so i could be wrong!"
"Nancy Taylor, the regional manager is not even licensed or registered as a regional manager, the property manager does not have an active license since it's not registered under the unlicensed regional manager, so if you live here or have been evicted, get a lawyer and take RLJ management to court as your lease is not legal and they need to pay back every cent in rent to all residents from the time Nancy became the regional manager. Sad thing is, management knew she was unlicensed but thought they could conduct business in the state of south Carolina anyway Nancy wanted. Management gave her the power to destroy their company and now that's exactly what is happening. Too bad they got rid of anyone who questioned it, or actually knew what they were doing. Good luck with that class action lawsuit coming your way!"
"This place use to be good. When i first move in. But this place is the worse. One time someone broke my mom car window out here and the landlord wouldn't help us. If you are disabled and need a service dog or pet. It is best not to live here. The landlord will be rude to the people who don't cause trouble out here. But would turn a eye to the shooting out here. Nothing gets fix out here and there is a bad bug problem."
"Totally not worth it. A family member of mine has been having trouble getting things in his apartment fixed for the last couple months. The buildings doesn't go in order, so you're in search of apartment building C that's located on the other side of the cirle by apartment building G. Plus to add there are speed bumps every 3 seconds.. so annoying."
"If you are disabled or need a service pet or even want a quite place to live... find another! This place has treated disabled people horribly. Even with a Dr Rx, they will not let you have a service dog, though birds and cats were considered ok under a no pet policy, they can't get help. They won't kick certain people out or fix the places properly, we had to fix it for her. First floor is handicap accessible, but most sidewalks there are not. She had to have a make-shift ramp put in. And people will take you parking spot if they also have a handicap tag. I do not recommend this place!"
