"My wife’s car got robbed the other day, it’s not the first time though. No security cameras or no gates.. Even though we are paying a lot of money for this apartment.. Last summer nights the pool was invaded by strangers SEVERAL times. My neighbor’s house was robbed too!!! If security is your priority you should not be a renter here. As soon as our lease ends we will immediately move out."

"I took a tour here to look for an apartment, ms robin is one of the sweetest ladies you will ever come across. Very welcoming and she will work her butt off to help you get into this complex! 10/10 customer service, if you come to apply here ask for robin and she will definitely treat you like your her own family !!! :)"

"Things are getting better. Ram is starting to police the pool better, which was a huge concern for 80% of us renters. It was becoming very dirty, loud and just dangerous and nasty. Partying was out of control. It's now so quiet and peaceful, you can enjoy the pool again. We hope the apartment doors get updates, the palms still need trimmed, assigned parking would be very ideal here. Also locking the garbage compactor and making tenants use the pool fob to access it would track those who just dump their garbage and STOP PPL WHO DONT LIVE HERE FROM DUMPING DAILY!! We need the lighting to be fixed on the garages & paths, bridge. It's getting there. It's a pretty quiet place to live."

"This place is DISGUSTING. If you don’t want roaches, don’t move here. I have roaches crawling all throughout my CLEAN dishwasher. I’ve never had roaches since moving to these apartments, rents going up to $1,900 for a roach infested apartment. They spray on Thursday’s IF you ask but it doesn’t do anything. They spray the inside of your kitchen and that’s literally it, I’m beyond scared to move anywhere in fear that I’m going to bring these roaches with me. I’m scared to even eat off our plates because of the mass amount of roaches. This apartment is NOT worth it. There’s also ginormous roaches in the gym. Do not move here."

"Emily is amazing! She has helped make my experience at 29 Edgewater a great one! She’s very kind and knowledgeable. I’ve lived here for nearly five years and plan on continuing. It’s a great community and the office staff are very kind and compassionate. The neighborhood is very nice and has beautiful areas to walk, and the pool is really nice too! Ask for Emily when inquiring, you won’t regret it!"
