"THIS PLACE IS THE WORSE PLACE TO LIVE EVER!!!!!! POOR MANAGEMENT THE REGIONAL MANGER LIVES IN GREENVILLE SC AND TELLS PEOPLE WHAT TO DO. NEVER NICE MEAN TALKING AND RUDE!! THE LADY IN THE OFFICE AIMEE IS UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE ALSO. THE PLACE IS NASTY TRASH EVERYWHERE PILES UP. THERE ARE CRIMINALS ON THE PROPERTY MY GRANDSONS HAD THEIR CHRISTMAS GIFTS STOLEN FROM THEM SOMEONE CAME IN THROUGH A WINDOW AT THE COMPLEX . SO CALL MANAGER IN OFFICE DID NOTHING AFTER BEING TOLD I WONDER WHY BUT I DID CALL THE POLICE,ON MY OWN MY DAUGHTER AND THE BOYS LIVES THERE BUT WILL BE MOVING OUT THEY LIE TO THE TENANTS ABOUT RENTAL HELP AND AND NEVER PRODUCED A NEW LEASE TO ANYONE FOR A YEAR AND NOW A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO THEY DID . lIKE I SAID HORRIBLE!! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE GOVERNMENT TO SEE IF THEY ARE CONTRIBUTING FUNDS TO THESE COMPLEXES BECAUSE IF THEY ARE THEN THEY NEED NOT TO ANY MORE!! THEY RAISE UP THE RENT WITH OUT ANY NOTICES OR REASONS. THE MAINTENANCE MAN ALSO NEED TO BE FIRED DOES NOTHING TO HELP THE APARTMENTS. PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO OTHERS BEFORE THEY EXPERIENCE THIS PLACE THE HORROR!!! THERE NEED TO BE A SHUTDOWN OF THIS PLACE!!!! IMMEDIATELY!!!"

"Filled out an application in august 2018, they took money orders and claimed they loss the application. filled another application out didn't have to pay again but never heard anything about it. called several times and had to leave a message so I just stopped calling"
"Try coming by to talk about leasing, but no one was there. The hours of operation was only on Friday from 9-1, but no one was there. I showed around 11am. Waited for about an hour. Still no showed up."
"The apartments are okay but needed updates, they are under new management and the rent keeps changing. My rent went up twice in one year people are always moving out because of the rent and the bad up keep."
