"If you set an appointment with them please be sure you call a let them know if you can not make it the scheduled time. I had an emergency with my son but forgot to call to reschedule appointment. I got a call later saying they denied application because of a no call no show and that I could reapply in 60 days. I just wish they were a little more understanding but I do understand they don’t want their time wasted either."
