I appreciate ms.metia for the job she done going above and beyond besides just in the office she handles getting the hard labor work done in these apartments to so she's not just an office personal she's a handy women too. I thank her for everything she's doing and have done."

"I called to speak with the Leasing Department to clarify availability on behalf of a family member who was working during business hours. I learned residing here is based on income, and I appreciate the clarification. What is not acceptable is being spoken over when asking questions about eligibility and basically hurried off the phone, with a goodbye versus allowing me to speak. Very unkind and unprofessional to a member of the public. The time I was on the call was less than 5 minutes in total. The receptionist who initially answered my call was helpful to direct me to someone to speak with. The leasing department representative did not provide a name when answering the call. Poor costumer service to be dismissive to a caller. No excuses."
