"Refrigerator went out this summer. Tenants lost their food. It wasn’t until I threatened to report them that they pulled an old refrigerator from a vacant apartment and put it in. The apartment also flooded this weekend and the put one blower and used only one shop vac to try to clean up an entire flooded apartment. I have yet to hear from Nicole even though she assured me she would call in a professional to clean up the water. Then she tried to blame the tenants for not reporting the problem as soon as it happened. It was absolutely reported. They did not respond immediately after the report, which caused more problems. She complained about them having nothing but problems since they took over. We told her THAT was not our business or our problem. I just wanted the water cleaned up. If I don’t hear from them TOMORROW, I am filing a complaint with the Department of Community affairs!!!"

"As the parent of a student considering this property, this needs to be said. I have visited this property a few times over the past few years due to this being my 3rd child that is attending GSU. I have gradually watched this property go downhill over the course of the last 6 years but my most recent conversations with the new staff has been the best yet. They are consistent and extremely responsive. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with Nicole, the property manager today. She filled me in on the new management and the plans they have for the vault. My kid is excited because of the upcoming renovations to he business center and I like the price."

"I have drove around this area, nothing what the online shows. Property is nasty, Management Nichole, she is always not available, when calling about an issue, gives the run around and brushes off tenant situation; no people skills, not a pleasant person to be working in this type environment no working cameras, a safety hazard. I advise anyone looking , please visit the property for a full day or two and ask questions of other students and they have local people living here, it's not just student housing, some people get confused fused with that. There are more properties that cater to students and some are moving in this direction in 2024. When you have goof Management, this get done, especially one that knows their job and enjoy what they do, not being somewhere just yo get a check. This change over may have been good, but Management on-site was not a good."

"The vault is an apartment complex that I would advise you to not move to. It’s old, broken down, and worn out. The complex is about to collapse any day now due to it being so old with no professional use. The maintenance team even left about a month ago because management didn’t want to listen to improve it. Gunshots are fired all the time along with loud motorcycle noise all time of the night. The furniture is old, you feel springs in the bed when you lie down. Roaches crawl all the time, there’s mold in a lot of buildings, appliances are very old and falling apart. When I moved in I had to clean my room because it was dirty. The grounds are nasty and beer is poured in the pool. Do yourself and your family a favor and find a different apartment complex to live in."

"Worst mistake I have ever made. The imagines online does not match the property at all. Definitely do yourself and favor and take a tour of your actual room. I came in to a dirty room with fruit flies and spiders in the tube with is also dirty. I know it is a roommate situation but the preferences do not match at all. I came into a place with panties on the floor , stuff all over and more . When I spoke with the office about the many discrepancies they basically told me that I lucked up and they could definitely show me some worse rooms ( as if that was a great ideal to fix the current issues) there is a lot of excuses being given about how they haven’t had the opportunity to hire termination people and pest control workers. Also how the cleaning should be done ( but it’s not ). Long story short don’t come here until you come see abs also don’t think you’ll get any help from the office . I say this as I spray for bugs and starch my hair from being bitten by bugs ... oh and my window wok open. Again think twice smh"
