"Gates always worked. Easy to access. Clean for a storage warehouse. Had 3 carts to use to help move items each time I accessed the building. My only complaint is that it gets VERY dusty when your items sit for a couple of months which I did not expect but nothing was ruined. Just had to wipe everything down extra well."

"DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. JENNIFER IS THE WORST.. SHES UNPROFESSIONAL, AND SEEMS LIKE SHE NEEDS MORE TRAINING. FIRST OFF THEY DOUBLE CHARGED US ON CHRISTMAS DAY!! THEN WE CALLED AND THEY NEVER CALLED BACK AND THEY DEFINITELY DO NO HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE WAS RUDE AS HELL TO MY WIFE AND SHE INTERRUPTED SEVERAL TIMES. ALL SHE KEPT SAYING IS SHE HAS NO IDEA HOW WE WOULD BE CHARGED TWICE PLEASE DONT WASTE MONEY HERE!!"
