"Upon applying the staff is very nice. I was given the run around after choosing not to send additional info. I was told my 275.00 holding fee would be returned after 30 days which was 11/18/23. I was told to inquire to USPS who informed me the money order was cashed on same day it was purchased. When I informed Serenity I was advised to contact post office again. I'm not doing that. Integrity is not something they possess. Give me my money."
