"Worst apartment my wife an I ever lived in. We were riddled with bedbugs. The landlord was useless and held our deposit. My neihbor also had a bedbug problem. The landlord would do nothing to help. If you move out I suggest not paying the last months rent as the landlord will keep the majority of your deposit. These apartments are low cost for a reason. Landlord by the name of Hugh would also lie to you in giving a notice to inspect for pests but would be looking for leaks in the apartment that had already been reported to him and then raise the rent. Hugh the landlord would make an agreement for payment of rent on the 1st of the month due to payday at the time then when you leave would accuse you of constantly being late with rent. My wife and I moved in at the middle of the month and had to pay full rent for that month. He kept a huge amount of out deposit even though we cleaned the apartment better than it was when we moved in. We paid a pet deposit for our dog when signing out lease with Hugh; he then accused us of having a dog without permission. Plewse try to avoid renting an apartment at Shannon Court. Many of our past neighbors also were extremely disappointment with the landlord and his upkeep of the property. They had the sense to move out without paying the last month's rent. If you currently rent from Hugh I can't stress enough that you should not pay the last months rent as he won't do a walkthrough eith you when leaving and will find meaningless excuses to withhold your deposit. WORST LANDLORD EVER!!!!!"
