"The woman that runs the front desk is rude she doesn't listen she talks over you. we were so very upset we left after paying for the room AGAIN ALL WE ASKED HER TO DO WAS REACTIVATE OUR ROOM KEY. and she refused to give us our money back which bothers me considerably being that our house just burnt down that's why we were staying there. that woman has no business being behind ANY counter serving people in any way shape or form. We would highly recommend not staying there if you didn't have to. She is the reason that there always a room available. I guarantee it."

"This is the worst place ever. I give them -100. The lady at the front desk was rude and raciest. I paid online, when I got there she said I had to put down $100.00 deposit;which wasn’t stated online). When I was trying to talk to her she walked off and was on the phone for 20 minutes. Came back ignored me and immediately took care of a caucasian guy. SMH Gave me a room that wasn’t clean( bed stripped, dirty sheets on the floor. Ppl were lying around on the ground in the walkway charging their phones. I stayed 15 minutes and left"

"I would give this motel a -10. Take the reviews seriously when people are talking about the cleanliness of this motel. The sheets had blood stains on them. Overall, the rooms are not clean. The doors are not sealed so you have a cold draft coming in your room, which causes the heater to work on overtime so you end up having 100° room. To top it all off the front desk is not very cooperative. We ended up ending our trip a day early, but wasn’t able to check out until noon. Still charged us for another night. Stay far away from this motel. It seems like a good deal, but it is not worth it."

"It was a quick one-day trip. It served its purpose. It's more of a place to live for most than a hotel. It needs some well-deserved upkeep. The table in the room was broken and just leaned against the wall for decoration purposes. It was not cleaned properly, I lysol wiped everything and sprayed disinfectant to clear the stinch in the room. It did not have bed bugs thank goodness. Location is great, I needed to be close to check on my dog."
