"Me and my husband been living here since 2015 and now my site Rent is almost $600.00 and I am wondering why we have to pay all this just for my trailer sitting here. We are tired coming home smelling drugs weed and we got kids to raise no body doing nothing letting people sell drugs all night trafficking back and forth people with no lease staying in trailers not belong to them my side is turn up can't walk my dog without about to get hit we are tired never miss a payment to this company for eight years dogs in my yard running around we had a professional person came to see our trailer she was scared to get out the vehicle because of the neighbors dogs and I refuse to have to go in the office to speak with someone nothing will get done my husband have a professional job and we shouldn't have to call animal control or the police when the big office is there we have three vehicles and have to keep them in the back a lady recently tried to break in our vehicle park at the office all the time call the police and nothing done but our rent always paid if not threatening folks to be evicted out of here its alot of mess in that office and i am not the only resident complaining refus to speak with the office my husband tired of this our next step.got to be done and i beg we dont want to speak with no body in the office so want respond tired of keeping this in me and my husband"

"Rolling Meadows is the cleanest park I have seen in the Columbia area . I came in for a park tour where I was greeted by Camillia and Monique who welcomed me with open arms and were very helpful . The park doesn’t have many amenities but the park adds a nice touch and it is very well maintained. They don’t have anything available rn but I will definitely be back at the start of the year !"
