"I wouldn’t even give this trailer park one star review it’s just I had to choose an order to leave a posting im gonna keep it short this place is now one of the worst places I’ve ever lived it’s not safe for children the home I was given wasn’t even finished also had water coming through my roof on top of the stove and the bathroom outlets had wires hanging all out and the toilet didn’t fit the restroom so it over flowed a lot through the hallways and the grass was never cut at least the right way that is and management would stay complaining about residents and to other residents which I find unprofessional last thing the park manager is always sleep outside the building like he’s on some type of drug walked up on him one time didn’t get any response I just think the whole thing is sketchy and low down don’t stay here if you want to start a family for sure ."

"Hammond Mobile Estates is honestly an amazing place to stay . Plenty of communication, beautiful homes , and the management is outstanding . Don’t hesitate to give them a call for all your mobile home needs . You will not regret your decision. Also the community is gated which makes me feel extremely comfortable along side the peace and quiet it’s 10/10 all around."

"The Front Road was done on yesterday. The potholes are the next on the list to be Addressed. The Mobile Home Park is great & the Owner/Manager are reasonable to work with."

"The pot holes are ridiculous and will tear a car up if you're not careful when entering the park. They're more vacant mobile homes than occupied in this Mobile Home Park. It will definitely hurt the eyes to see this place...."
