"Don't anyone stay here. Room was a sauna. Coverlet on bed was stained. Pillowcase was stained. Room smelled weird. The man at front desk came to open Room next door. I said I needed to inspect it. He said, no.. you go.. I give money back.. you go now. Very rude man. I'm entitled to inspect the room!! He didn't like that I guess. Sionara"
"AWFUL!! My boyfriend and I tried to stay there but couldn't sleep because the sheets were making us super itchy and break out. We went to the front desk to express our concerns two different times but they refused to listen to our concerns, do anything about it, or give our money back because it wasn't an immediate issue and because the guy said he didn't feel like it. He also said there were no rooms available to switch us to, when on the way to the office, we passed PLENTY of empty rooms. The unfortunate thing is we turned the keys at the desk like after midnight and went to another hotel and slept like a baby with no issues. We came back to the hotel the next morning to talk to another employee and they were even nastier and said that it was impossible for us to have any issues because everything is top notch. Even showing them the breakout on my boyfriend's skin, they denied everything! Please make sure you triple check everything before you stay because even if it's a delayed reaction, they will not do anything. Because we had an issue according to their timetable 7 hours later, they didn't want to do anything."
"They wanted 25 dollar deposit on a non smoking room, since I lived within the State. I said just give me a smoking room which was without deposit not knowing how ridiculously strong the cigarette odor in that room was. I called the front desk by cell phone after eating and was told I passed an hour limit to be moved. So I couldn't move. I started to just drive away and lose my money but, I bought some aerosol cans of disinfectant and sprayed the carpets, walls, chairs, bed, curtains. It cost but the odor was bearable. I paid 75 for that very old style and outdated place and there were much newer places for a small bit more. I would suggest you staying elsewhere personally."
"Surprisingly nice and clean motel. Beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was clean. They provided a really nice breakfast. No bugs! A little dated and has a musty smell but I can deal with that to get a really comfy bed and a clean room for my family. We ended up staying here longer than had planned."
