So I look and it's basically something you could make by printing 2 pages and folding them together. I looked back and asked, "Are these units ready?" Of course she answered yes. And that was it. How about a credit application or other paperwork to get the process going? No, just eager to get back to idle chit chat with coworker. Coincidentally, I get back in my vehicle and glance through this "brochure" and lookie there the place I was inquiring about plus three other place that were "CURRENTLY FULL". Thankfully, it appears they don't manage all the rentals in town. I suggest going elsewhere for your rental needs whether you are a renter OR rentee!!!"

"Unprofessional, Don't deal with this rental company. Almost got shot living in there apartment the situation had nothing to do with me. All they said I can move but would have to pay a new deposit after dealing with them for 4 years altogether. They don't care about your safety at all only money. All they told me they sorry and one of the employees stated if I would have died my family wouldn't have received the deposit back anyway. How professional is that? Unfortunately when I moved in the apartment the front windows were broken out from the prior tenants. Which they never fixed. The first day there the toliet was flooded 3 times it took 2 days for them to fix it. Than a few days after that my air unit stop working it took 2 weeks and 4 days for them to fix it they had the nerve to give me a half working window unit smh for a week. Clownary. And to the moore group owner that responded to my post. Every word I wrote was nothing but the truth. And your tenant which was my neighbor was the cause of the situation with a gun being pulled on me. Because of the activity that was going on in the person home. So your statement was a lie. It's the principal of the situation and I contacted your company on many occasions regarding the stuff going on so please get the proper info before you respond to my post I even have photos."
