"Went to see 2 apartments this weekend and I'm considering! Miss Bonnie in the office was Very Nice! Excellent Service."
"My son and his friends are college students and promised an apartment but the tenant was still there and changed her mind about relocating. Therefore 5 of us wasted application fees and still looking for a place for them to move in before the semester starts."
"My experience with Moore Rentals has been extremely disappointed. June 28,2022 I went into their office. I was trying to understand why they have not set up the Hoa payment profile. I was concern because I don’t want to be late with any payments. The front desk lady had meeting so Dennis tried his best to help with the issue. He introduced me to one of mrs. Connie’s assistance- short blonde hair, white lady, I don’t recall her name yet she was very rude and pretty much walk away from me instead of trying to help solve the issue. I waited on the lobby for approximately 45 min for Connie to come back from lunch but I was told she was not going to come back because she was walking some properties. The following day Connie email me saying she was going to set up the account. One or two days later she ask me for my husband info to set up the payment profile under his name is July 1st 2022 and still have not reach out to my husband. Remarks we closed on the property back on May 2022… :/"
"Moore company rentals are the rudest people I’ve ever met. You walk in they don’t speak. They look at you like you’re slow. Their apartments are DIRTY, and not worth the money. They are the most money hungry people on the planet, they will add all kind of late fees to your rent for no reason. And not to mention they didn’t give me my $630 security deposit back because they said I was a DAY late putting in a move out notice. The apartments are not worth it at all. I WOULD NEVER RENT AN APARTMENT FROM THEM AGAIN. EVVVEERRRRR. IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT RENTING FROM THEM, DONT DO IT! IM WARNING YOU"
"I had four GREAT years with the previous landlords, but MCR? Well, let's just say I'm still scratching my head. When I first learned they were taking over the apartments, I was thrilled! I just assumed they were going to be great because they're affiliated with Century-21. Um ... yeah, no. For starters, MCR has yet to return a single call of mine after taking over a few months ago. From what others have said --- that's just their MO (ignore, rinse, and repeat). I went down to their office once, but I didn't get far. In fact, I was cutoff almost immediately. I barely had time to tell the woman I was there to pay and that I wanted to report a trash service problem before being stonewalled. That was a while back. The problem has since resurfaced. Housing is a business. A tough business and tenants are NOT customers (crazy as it sounds), but this outfit makes you want to Google all night. If you're like me and have been lucky enough to experience a responsive management team, you may not like this group. But honestly, the last landlords probably just spoiled us. Is MCR the worst rental company that ever existed anywhere across the vastness of time? No, but that's a pretty wide margin. My advice? Talk to the tenants! Do your homework."
