"time you pull into this place all you see is trash from trash cans that residents are supposed to use strowed everywhere no one here to clean it up no one to call. Try calling just to renew the lease and discuss it with office manager and no one's there can't get a hold of no one or anything just receive the letter saying my rent is increased 75 bucks a month why so much I don't know there's no pool here no fitness facility nothing to maintain but the units and obviously no one to pay in the office because there's never no one there I can't even get no one in the office to sign a new lease for the year all right I even let them know if I don't want to sign the lease for a new year I want to move away ever since I've been here there's been very poor management at this apartment complex for the longest time the sign on the door to call after hours was to maintenance person that was no longer employed now new management has taken over and still having the same issues without being able to reach anyone or get in touch with anyone call the office number here it goes to automatically forwards to another number leave message still no response and expected to pay $75 more a month for this and also hot water heater has been malfunctioning ever since I moved in no one can seem to be able to get it fixed my last complaint was about a month ago and was waiting for a heating element or parts to come in which never did and then when I called again to say we had no hot water the maintenance guy came in and asked me was it in the kitchen or bathroom and all that was done was reset switch again but to ask if it was bathroom or kitchen and this is from the maintenance hired to fix things"

"You can definitely expect a rent increase at every lease renewal. I have been a resident for six years . I have never been late out of the six years I have been there, yet my rent is increased at every renewal. Upon giving my notice to vacate just this month. I was told okay, and my unit is already leased. There was no resident retention at all. Just okay. The reason there is no resident retention is because you pay for the next move in. There is no cost to the owner for a new resident. You pay for carpet cleaning and new drip pans from Your deposit. BAD Choice. ,"

"Very unprofessional. A few weeks ago. While looking for an apartment for my daughters ,Spoke with a young lady on the phone. She was very rude and loud. Working in an office environment and interacting with the public daily, I am very aware of the do and donts regarding dialogue with customers.. So when I spoke to this young lady I couldn't believe it. She didn't listen, she was very sarcastic, she interrupted me as I was speaking and to top it off, she said she was the office manager. I almost fell to the floor. Needless to say I couldn't let my daughters stay here, if the "said" office manager was this rude over the phone, I could only imagine how this place would be. Found the Girls a nice great apartment somewhere else.. As for the summit apartments, Very disappointed."
