"Willington Lakes is over price! Both gates are broken. We was giving keycards for the gates and they still was not working. When putting in a work order for maintenance, it takes days or you may have to enter it again. The only thing that is consist is them cutting the grass! Maintenance is so lazy! Just ride around all day and has lied about my dog being at the door OUT THE CAGE barking at them. When in fact my dog was in a cage. Maintenance even went as far as recording my dog “at the door”. It turned out to be a video of them cracking my door open and recording my dog barking in the cage. Leslie the housing manager is so nasty and disrespectful also NEVER in the office. It’s awful don’t stay there!"

"These apartments are among the nicest that Orangeburg has to offer but definitely overpriced. I've been calling the office for the last 2 months and no one answers the phone nor do they return email quickly or ever like they say they do on the answering service. A couple of days ago, I spoke with two people (ladies) in the office. They told me that they had something available but it wouldn’t be ready for another couple of weeks. Anyway, as I got in the car, I forgot to ask them something and decided to call instead of going back in the building. I called three times and no one answered. Afterwards, I went back into the establishment and asked them why they didn’t pick up the phone (Not knowing who I was) and they said that It must be glitch in the phone line. I then stated that It’s funny that a professional business would have a glitch in the phone line for 3 months. They both tried to come up with a justifiable reason (especially when I said that I was talking to the parent company which is Precisions Management). lastly, I won’t say that they are a bad company considering they said they were now managed and owned by another company but I will say to be careful and don’t let anyone take advantage of you or treat you like a second class citizen by using a “Scouting” sales technique to determine if you fit their environment before you apply for residency ."

"After searching in other areas for apartments, my last rating was definitely to harsh. Comparably the best value and nicest in the area. It is well maintained and the maintenance man Ryan is super nice! Parking is a nightmare and the security gate is consistently disrespected. Some of the residents are inconsiderate at times but I gues that's to be expected. It is a diverse community and they host resident events every month."
