"I lived here for more than 4 years. It was a really good complex before. The rent increased by 40% without renovating the units or a small and minor renovations. The manager was changed and everything got worse and worse. The windows are not sealed well and the energy waste is high. The electricity bill is so expensive during the winter. I do not recommend this place at all."

"For the most part I enjoyed living at Granby, I was there for about 2.5 years. The pool was nice and there’s a cute dog park. Management is fairly friendly but clearly don’t care enough for their tenants. This is not to discourage the employees/company it’s just a fair warning and to share my experience. From the start, I had problems. My car getting towed even though I had proper registration, a pipe burst near my closet and I had to get rid of 90% of my clothes. I ended up switching to the apartment next door. I had problems with the AC icing over, the washer/dryers never worked, and most importantly I suffered mold exposure in the newly renovated apartments (which they refused to admit even thought I had to SELF administer a test) Even after contacting them multiple times, on-site management was no help and seemed like they couldn’t be bothered with mold circulating in my air. I expressed concern since I am immune compromised, but that didn’t seem to matter. They’re also always making repairs to waterlines so be prepared for the water to be shut off regularly. I would be careful about the specific units you’re looking at, make sure you’re carefully inspecting before you sign that lease!!"

"This place is so beautiful. It is an older community but it is so quiet and peaceful. It’s walking distance to everything and it’s close to down town . Look no further Granby is the place to be Management is awesome also ."

"Wonderful apartments, clean and well maintained inside and out. Nicely landscaped. Beautiful pool and BBQ area. My daughters tell me if they have an issue with A/C or whatever, they are very quick to respond and resolve immediately... kudos to their management..."

"The apartment manager is a rude, racist person. It's been two times in a row I've come to the pool & she runs out the back office door and ask if I live here like she's never seen me before and then makes some excuse that strangers have been coming using their pool. She never comes and asks anybody else that when they're sitting here at the pool that I've ever seen. Except for today when she asked my girlfriend who was already here if she lived here just because she seen me walking in and talking to her. And then asked her if I was with her. What a P.O.S. I'm sure her response will be that she does that to everyone, but I've been using this pool for over 2 years and I've never seen any office personnel do that and she just started doing that to me. I don't appreciate being called out like that, you can tell by my profile pic I'm no criminal trespassing on this property."
