"They are infested with bedbugs! We found bedbugs in our apartment, as well as the apartment above us, and when the complex brought in exterminators they determined that the bed bugs had been there for awhile before us or our upstairs neighbors even moved in. So obviously they did not remove the bedbugs before we moved in, and in hindsight based on what the manager said during the signing of the contract, they knew there had been bedbugs previously. To make matters worse, they only made us jump through many hoops just to throw our bedroom stuff away. Additionally, our other neighbors had a massive termite problem. Their problem was so bad that termites would fly out of the walls. Do NOT live here. There are cleaner and nicer places for the same price!"

"The apartments are infested with bugs. The manager is extremely cheap and lazy. Your neighbors are rude and will blare music all hours of the night. The managers solution is to call the cops. If something breaks they rather put a bandaid on it instead of hiring people who get the job done right. Some apartments have mold. For 620 an apartment you would figure that the apartments would be better maintained."
