I had had problems like sewage, water leaks, pest control, security and they never do anything about it but take your money.they act as though youre a bother calling them! Hate this place so much i regret moving here. Save yourself the headache dont rent here"

"I have lived here for the past year and a half. At first, I loved it. It was quaint and peaceful. After about a year, my water bill was suddenly $150 or more every month. They split the water read from one meter per duplex based on the occupants. I have three occupants and my neighbors supposedly have 1. I have placed multiple complaints about the number of people actually residing next door but nothing has been done. Pest control does not come when they are supposed to and the lawn care company broke a window on my vehicle. I would not recommend living in this community and I cannot wait until my lease is up so my family can go live somewhere else."

"I recommended this property to a friend who was PSCing to the area. After reading the 1 google review about all the issues he took a chance and signed the lease. Slowly starting to regret this property. It has been almost a month and nothing has been fixed from the initial walk through. The renovations were rushed there are objects under the carpet so you are always stepping on something, ice maker does not work and if it does no one has come by to see why it isn't. When it rains water comes into the duplex. Emergency maintenance is a joke, all they did was come by point out the problem and left which still hasn't been fixed. However we did document the water damage so when it comes time to move they can't say we damage the floor. Failed to provide keys for both doors. The list goes on."

"I can't wait until my lease is up they remodel theses duplexes but so many things are wrong with them cause they hurry and threw them together. .the women at woodcrest who handles your payments and and maintenance ate very rude ...they are always replacing new people so that makea me feel like poor management. U have to call corporate just to get them to fix things out there.and oh my goodness if u can get past the big big waterbugs crawling on your counters and in the beds good luck ! I wouldn't recommend these ro anyone oh not only your cars get broke into the rent goes up every year !"
