Parkview Apartments

"My daughter lives here and I'll be grateful when she can do better. I was happy that she had her first apartment so young but I am now very upset at the things that have happened to her in the past year. As a mother of an adult child I can't fight her battles but my outrage has led me here to inform the public NOT TO RENT HERE. This place isn't fit for humans and in such economically difficult times the despair of paying more for little is the custom but this is the worst I've seen. No-one deserves to have to pay for a slum. Management companies should be held accountable for the upkeep of their rental properties. Only way I can leave this comment is to give a star but it is not deserved."

"The lady in the office is very rude and doesn’t want to rent to her own people, they have that they have equal housing opportunity on the pamphlets and when you call they don’t even accept vouchers, they are false advertising and discriminating against the MOSTHIGH chosen people. The lady was very rude to me on the phone and I’d like the property managers number so I can report her …"

"If anyone is reading this this place is not it I lived there for a bout 5 years and it got worse over time they don’t fix anything. You’ll have to wait days in days out for someone to come out and fix something just to really not fix it and the mold is outrageous and they keep changing management every few months that should tell you something there and rent continues to go up there and the place just isn’t worth that type of money the people out there not that bad..but this place wouldn’t be my first option"

"If you need anything fixed you can just keep needing it fixed. Not likely that they care about fixing anything. Even when mold is forming. No big deal for the VIP management team. They'll talk nice on the phone and apologize but that isnt helping. I would suggest you look elsewhere. May be a little cheaper than the area average but it's not worth it."
