"I have lived here for going on three years now and ever since I got my new neighbors, I have had a bad roach problem. I have reached out to the front office to see what they would be able to do but no one answers the phone or calls me back. I am tired of having to take time out of my day just to go up to the office when I shouldn’t have to. I’ve had cats tearing up my trash that I put outside my door. I’ve even had a rat in my apartment when I first moved in, the walls are very thin so I hear everything my neighbors are doing and saying! this is the worst living experience that I have ever had , my lease is up in August and I can’t wait and I will continue to write bad reviews because management sucks! For this to be a gated community the gates never work! I am a leasing agent myself and we don’t treat our residents like this at all!"

"The absolute worse. Maintenance doesn’t respond to your request at all. I hardly everr bothered them but there was a hole in my bathroom that never came to fix. They would close out maintenance request that they never came to fix. Mice starting Getting in the apt from the bathroom they wouldn’t come fix the whole.. i had to pay people to come out and fix the issue. They never answer the phone. They hardly ever respond to emails. They are very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this community to anyone"

"Work apartment experience ever. Constantly having to put in maintenance request because everything is constantly breaking or not working. Trash is included in rent, but they literally pick up trash when they FEEL like it causing bugs. Someone also shot a bullet into my apartment and the apartment manager Ken attempted to lie for his maintenance men who fixed the hole while I was not in the unit. He said it was there when I moved in, but it was determined it was not there AFTER reviewing move in pictures/videos. Paint pudding from hole was still wet. DO NOT MOVE HERE!"

"Definitely not a place I would live again. They never actually fix anything you need fixed, they just put a bandaid on it. The communication with the office is the worst I have ever experienced. They also changed my password to log in online and forced my signature on documents that I didn’t get to see for myself. 0/10 recommend"

"This apartment complex Is within close proximity to the National Harambe Memorial Bridge. I take a walk every day there to pay my respects to harambe and i would recommend you stay here as well if you plan to do the same."
