"An older generation of residents live here for the most part. Rent went up dramatically at the end of the first year's lease. If you plan to break your lease for any legitimate reason, think again, they will sue you for the balance. Maintenance crew does their best to keep up with repairs promptly. Management does not exterminate for the severe rampant bedbug problem, you have to pay exterminator for it. I never experienced bedbugs until I moved here. Ugh!"
