"If you want to live somewhere that doesn't care about their residents, then this is the place for you. The office has promised multiple things with no actual outcome. They lie to you to please you in the moment, but don't act on their words. You have neighbors blasting music that wakes you up throughout the night, screaming neighbors yelling nasty things, and neighbors throwing stuff close enough to hit your car off of balconies. Your apartment will reek of weed from your neighbor smoking, and the office doesn't care. You will have spray paint fumes seeping through the vents to your apartment as they paint the apartment below you between tenants. Not to mention, your air conditioning will go out multiple times during the heat of the summer. If you care for your sleep, your safety, or your well-being, I would not recommend living here or any MAA property. They are not willing to help, and they will say anything they can to shut you up. They will blatantly ignore your emails, and they will not provide you with documentation when you request it. Management here is useless. "Hassle free, convenient, and appealing" is the opposite of living at Innovation. EDIT AS OF 9/20/2023: I am still waiting on my response from Resident Care. Nothing has been done to remedy this situation. I asked corporate to please return my calls so I could talk with someone higher up.. nothing there either. Management has ignored me in every way possible. I asked the courtesy officer to call me, I asked the courtesy officer to stop by my apartment after taking action on my request, and I have asked the courtesy officer to just come straight to my apartment. None of these have happened. And, not shockingly at all, there are other people with THE SAME EXPERIENCE leaving because they cannot stand how utterly disrespectful the neighbors are here and how utterly useless management is. AVOID LIVING HERE AT ALL COSTS!!!"

"Do not live here. This is the worst place I have ever lived. If you value sleep and relaxation, this is NOT the place for you. The walls are paper thin and everyone is VERY disrespectful. Now let's talk about management. The management here SUCKS and doesn't care about you. I had very noisy neighbors and every time I would contact management or the after hours officer (at least 10 times via email, 4 after hour officer calls, and even going up to the office in person) they just email back and say "we will take care of it" - well surprise they NEVER did. I smelled marijuana almost every night and on 4th of July, you can expect people to shoot off fireworks next to your car all night long. So disrespectful and when i contacted management about it they again did nothing. I ended up moving out because of all the music and loud noises and honestly because management is a JOKE here. Wish I could get my money back for every month I contacted management and they did nothing (almost 8 months of contact). The best decision I've ever made was moving out of this place. AVOID LIVING HERE!!!!!"

"Innovation apartments are exceptionally beautiful. From the granite kitchen tops to the spacious bedrooms and keyless entry controlled via automated app, I love this community! The location is perfect for accessing interstate 85. The pool and dog park are wonderful. The leasing agents are awesome and will get you in within days!!"

"It has been a pleasure living here at MAA Innovation this past year. The amenities are fantastic along with the staff. Connie was amazing to work with since before we even moved in, up until our last week here. They keep the place looking brand new, maintenance is great and everything is kept up nicely. We loved the "smart house" technology inside of the apartments. Pricing was good as well. Thank you!"

"The apartment units themselves are very nice and for the most part very much up to date, however management is worthless and very rude. However, the maintenance guys are awesome!! They are so nice and do a great job repairing whatever needs to be done. They are also very trustworthy. I just wish the management staff would do they’re job and not be so rude about things. They give you absolutely no leeway for any sort of issue. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR EVER THING THEY CAN AND HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CARE FOR THEY RESIDENTS AS LONG AS YOU ABID BY THEY’RE REGEM. Nice place to live but management really ruins the vibe and I’d say LOOK AT OTHER APARTMENTS. The maintenance is the best part about the “management”"
