"These apartments just upped the rent for my mother-in-law $500 a month without notification and is charging her an extra $500+ or she has to move. This place sucks, its always dirty outside. Their air-conditioning never works. These people are up-and-coming Slum-lords."

She ALWAYS answers the phone , she is ALWAYS IN THE OFFICE ! She is very considerate and in todays day and time that’s what this world needs! It’s so much negativity and she has such a great spirit about her and so much care to give! I love her !"

"Recently moved here, very nice apartments. Ask for Tiyonne Hall the property manager, affectionately called Ms.T. Ms.T goes above and beyond to get you approved, if you don't get approved it's not because of her not trying. It took me 2 months or better but Ms.T never gave up, she kept working until she got me in. Unlike other apartments I've lived at everyone is treated the same here, with dignity and respect. Thanks so much Ms.T for everything you did to help me get an apartment. I highly recommend Ms.T and Hampton Greene and Crest apartments."
