"I wouldn’t recommend, a man was LITERALLY outside drinking a 211 while 2 other men were in the parking lot arguing. I told the lady in the office about it and she said “they aren’t hotel guests”…and that was it. If safety is a concern I wouldn’t recommend this particular place, it is a good value just not very safe due to the attitude of the staff. Also….these people were extremely rude. I would expect people to be tired of the unecessary judgments, I sincerely wish people could see someone without attaching their “theories”to them. I would assume it’s tiring to continually CHOOSE to examine a persons intent and mentality just from their appearance. An appearance that person has nor had any control over, to constantly classify someone based off their dna. Not off personality, not off manners ethics or morals, but off their melanin content. It’s ridiculous that as advanced as humanly has become we still cannot past something so trivial, knowing it’s literally skin deep. Inherently we know we are all the same, yet here in 2024 we are still treated like animals! The details of our terrible experience in this establishment does not matter, I seek nothing aside from awareness. Wyndham’s President and CEO expressed that their values include Integrity, Accountability, and INCLUSIVITY, and that Wyndham hotel and resorts seek to inspire their team members and OWNERS to make the world more DIVERSE and inclusive. I expected that there was a commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment. Wyndham is the world’s largest hotel franchising company with over 9,000 hotels over at least 95 countries, and fully aware it has a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the world. How is it that a Company named one of the world’s most ethical companies, demonstrating the best in class ethics, compliance, and governance practices, allow such unethical practices among its franchise’s? I’m aware my voice doesn’t matter, but I can’t be silent. Again I seek nothing, this isn’t about me, it’s about equality and inclusivity. I expected better from a company that has the moral reputation that Wyndham has. Thank you for your time, I wish nothing but peace upon you"
"Traveling with my daughter, her husband and my 2 yr old grandson. Going 3 hrs away for a Thanksgiving Invitation the next day. Last minute decision to leave town Wednesday and get there early and rest up for Thanksgiving day plans.The website was advertising a special Holiday promotion... Booked it and then drove there later that evening... Upon check in, the mgr/owner charged me an additional $20 for the third adult. It was late, the baby was cranky and so was I. I was so over it... so I paid it. Then , she wanted $50 cash for a damage deposit. No mention of this when I booked it. I knew I was being bullied. She truly has no customer service skills and actually, I doubt she even has people skills. The rudest woman I've ever encountered while doing a business transaction. I left and got a room at Comfort Inn & Suites and had a much more pleasant experience."
"The service we received was horrendous. We booked a room online which by the way DONT. Upon arrival we were very rudely greeted with a I know you have 3 adults in your vehicle it’s an extra $20 for that even though the website didn’t ask us how many guest were staying after telling her that was fine we then were told they need another $50 cash deposit on top of the charge online. THEN she proceeded to tell us the cost was not 70.84 like it was online with a holiday discount THEY offered online but that it was 95.99 on top of the $20 and $50 additional dollars we provided. I highely recommend you save yourself some time and just go check out country inn down the road we had a much better experience with them and we’re treated with respect."
"I wouldn’t recommend this place! I arrived about 25 minutes early and was explaining to the lady I had an important event to attend hoping she would let me go ahead into mi room. She made up a bogus lie that they were packed prior the night and housekeeping was still cleaning but mind you they have cameras on every floor through every hallway, and I was looking at them while she was saying that and There was nobody cleaning anything. For the weekend price and simply to be nice you would think a few minutes early would be okay right. So I sat in the lobbying till three and I had to ring the bell and call the number mind you they have cameras everywhere so they knew I was there and she knew I was in a rush so I had to do paperwork which took about 10 to 15 minutes which we coulda did while I was waiting in the lobby. She wasn’t necessarily rude but she wasn’t welcoming and nice either. Mi room had a few stains but it was decent and the bed was comfortable."
"Good location close to everything. It's kind of old and outdated but very affordable. There are lots of questionable people outside all the time. Breakfast is just some cereal. Staff is nice."
