"My experience at the Hamptons was very pleasant. Donna, the property manager, is very understanding and helpful. I never ran into any major problems after nearly two years. I lived on the 3rd floor and since it's an older building it got pretty hot and the AC just couldn't keep up. Black out curtains and fans kept the temperature manageable through the summer. The neighborhood is quiet and diverse and in a very convenient location. Only reason I mark it 3 stars is because, in my opinion, the rent is just too high for what you get."

"They are lucky that 1 star is the lowest I could go. You constantly have water seeping through the cracks in the doors and windows, causing mold to build up which is very unhealthy. Management is very bad to say the least and that is me being generous! Oh and please don’t try to complain about anything, the property manager will waste your time and take you for a joke!"

"These apartments are old and nothing gets updated. We have had multiple things break and it takes days to get it fixed. Our air conditioner has been freezing and not blowing out cool air for months now. This is the 4th time in 2 months we have needed the air conditioner to be fixed and we have been without cool air on a hot day. We have been left with no air and the temperature over 80 for the weekend because there is no emergency maintenance on call. After calling 3 times in one day they will still not come out and fix it."

"Good location, terrible maintance. Don't expect anything to get fixed in a timely manner. Rude maintenance people. Water bill doesn't make sense, it seems as though they add everyone's water together and divide it by the residents. Our bill has been $40 then $70 . It has recently been consistent which sounds good except for the fact that one of our roommates has been gone for two months and the bill is the same... Dont bother calling about the water bill because it is through a third party company that charges you s fee to use them. The apartment tells you to call the third party company, the third party company tells you to call the apartment complex. Sometimes the water is brown when hot water is turned on. Nobody wants to help you at the complex. Definitely don't move in if you want to be comfortable. Our air has went out four times in the past two months and the maintenance won't fix the problem of it's a holiday . We have had another issue with the stove going out, again on a holiday that fell on a Friday so we were out of a stove for three days. I haven't posted anything about this place but it's getting ridiculous now so here it is."
