"absolutely horrible first apartment experience. my upstairs neighbors were domestically violent towards each other. so much so i could hear every word they were screaming at each other and hear the girl crying and screaming at the top of her lungs. not only that but they constantly stomped around disrespectfully. especially very late at night. and i called the office maybe 7 or 8 times complaining about it. they did absolutely NOTHING. i actually had to call the police 2 times due to the domestic abuse going on up there. informed the office that i’ve had to call the police. showed video evidence of the abuse showing what i was hearing crystal clear. and i call back to ask what’s going to be done to solve the problem and get told they’re being given a “second chance” after complaining about them 5 or 6 times before that !! not only that. they charge extra for being a gated community and the gates aren’t even closed 90% of the time! not even only that. my ceiling has leaked 2 times in the past 2 months leaving puddles pooling out from the door. each time maintenance has said they’d come fix the paint and everything. well now my ceiling is rotting and moldy and smelling absolutely horrible. not even only that!!! they said they were going to raise the rent on current occupants once the lease was up if anyone decided to renew their lease!! in conclusion. don’t rent this overly priced place. they won’t actually fix any of the problems you have or keep the gates they charge extra for closed."

"Variety of amenities (pools, clubhouse w/ billiard table, grilling stations, walking trail, volleyball, tennis, basketball, etc.), the office is open every day, speedy maintenance. we're very happy with choosing Ashton Woods"

"Don't recommend this place if you have kids. They get mad if you use chalk claiming they down want it in the apartments. But they are okay with plaster dusty getting into the apartment from the hallways being refinished. How does that make sense?? This place is old and dirty. Their so call update renovations was them repainting over the old outdated wallpaper in the apartments. Since I have moved all my belongings have reaked of that apartment for over a month even with washing items. Plan on getting sick when there. I had upper respiratory infections on and off for 3 months straight. The air ducts had black deposit coming out around the vents. This place loves to put bandages on bigger problems like the 12 ac units that where out for the summer or not fix the broken dish washers in other people apartments. Or the fact it's suppose to be a gated community but they leave the gates open pretty much all the time. They are more worried about towing cars than fixing the parking lots that they stated in 2023 would be done with resealing and painting. But only a few cans of spray paint where used by the leasing office. Also the office staff can get mean at you if you fight back on problems with your apartment. Lastly if you choose to move here watch out for (The trucker) he loves to interfere with people marriages especially if you have kids in the mix. I have talked to people in the community that have said he has done it to multiple families. Plus I have seen it first hand as well. You can find a way better place to live for the over price you would pay here."

"The staff and manager are always friendly and welcoming. The accommodations at the complex are wonderful. The community events are always thoughtful and creative. The maintenance staff keeps the grounds clean and whenever there is a maintenance issues, it's attended to quickly and with a smile. We love living here!"

"We lived here for a year and we loved it. It’s a quiet community and the neighbors were all really nice. It has a walking trail around the whole complex that was so great to walk your dog. The office is always quick to respond if you have a question and the maintenance staff is wonderful. They keep everything looking clean and pretty. The location is perfect. You’re close to so many restaurants and stores. We don’t have any complaints living there."
