"I've loved living at Earle! The building is always clean and has great amenities. They often have food and fun activities for residents and my apartment is nice. My favorite feature to living in Earle is the Butterfly security system that lets you let guests into the building via an app on your phone. It is so convenient and a huge aspect that pulled me to Earle!"

"I've lived here for three years, and I've loved it! The location is perfect walking distance from campus. It's a typical college apartment, so noise is expected especially on weekends. The one thing I got particularly unlucky with is my apartment's placement being very close to the construction they're currently undergoing. Construction will start as early at 7:00AM and go on for as long as 7:00-7:30PM. However, this does not have much of an impact on my positive experience I've had here - the staff here is some of the most pleasant people I've dealt with, and every maintenance request I've filed has been taken care of within 24 hours of submitting. If you're looking for a great campus apartment community in close proximity to campus and a great living experience, live here!"

"I lived at 114 Earle for 3 years (sophomore year - senior year) and I loved it. Obviously there were things that were annoying (as there are with every single student-living housing in every college town), but the location and the community heavily outweighed anything else. My favorite thing about living at Earle is the amenity spaces (the pool, the study spaces, the gym, and the outdoor amenities). The apartment furnishings aren’t super fancy but it’s SO nice not having to worry about furnishing your own place I can’t emphasize that enough. You also can’t beat the location - 10min walk from campus, right downtown Clemson. If you’re considering looking to live here, I recommend it! Give the office a call and they’re more than accommodating to help you out! **Keep in mind** this is student COLLEGE housing. It is not the bougiest place you will ever live but it is super nice for college living. When I moved in sophomore year, Earle was an absolute mess with management who didn’t care, but since Kristi stepped in, it’s gone uphill. Again, it’s not perfect and I won’t begin to say it is. You might have disrespectful neighbors, or things that bother you, but you’re going to find that at any complex (college or not). But for a college apt complex, it’s probably #1 in downtown clemson!"

"Living at Earle has by far been the highlight of my time at Clemson! The staff is so kind and does whatever they can to make this feel like home. They are always staying involved with the students whether that is through free food in the lobby during finals weeks or winter door decorating competitions! All of the amenities are great and we use them all the time, especially the gym and pool. I live with 3 other roommates and our apartment is so nice and spacious, we love it here so much!!"
