"My daughter has spent 3 years there and it’s been great. Wonderful facility, prime location, safe and workers are responsive to any issues. The price is very competitive and the $50/mo for indoor secure parking is more than reasonable. No issues at all."

"So far this place has definitely met my expectations (and they were quite high considering the price tag). The staff seems very friendly and committed. There do seem to be a lot of styles going on. Just note that the while the apartments are very contemporary in style, the lobby area is more whimsical and colorful, the pool area has more of backyard feel, and the gym very grey and orange. Interesting choices that don’t connect that great but they are nice spaces on their own complete with high quality materials. Sound insulation is probably average. Door hardware is lacking. Everything is also kept very clean - which is awesome because we’ve all been in those apartments where that isn’t the case and it’s not cool Definitely love the view of the pool, anyone coming here for the first time I would try to request this with the French balcony - it’s worth it. The entrance area outside seems a bit like the forgotten area, odd considering it’s location. It would make sense if the tenant spaces were occupied. All in all while it does demand some of the highest prices you can see in Clemson for students, Ucentre does seem to deliver on its’ promises and being so close to campus and downtown is alone worth the sticker price if it’s within your budget."

"I had a very positive experience at U Centre. Very convenient location to walk to class or to go downtown. The staff members are always welcoming and anxious to help with anything you might need. Brandon and the maintenance staff tend to have work orders taken care of by the day after you place one. Davis and the other community assistants make it a mission to make residents feel welcome as they enter the building and even address those who regularly receive packages by their name to make their experience more personal. Overall U Centre is a very comfortable and welcoming place to live that has great views and a super convenient location."

We have not been able to do a tour, but the company has done a great job keeping us informed about the progress toward opening, her room assignment, and other important information.
