"BEWARE BEFORE YOU APPLY!!! Fraudulent business practices!!! They stated one price on the application page, and then requested over $200 to "process" the application. Other locations are similar, but only complete the charge if they accept the application. Not Campusview, they took the money and never responded back beyond the initial generic email that said they received the application. Upon learning from others who were "accepted" that the prices JUMPED hundreds of dollars PER MONTH over what we thought we were signing up for, I called to ask for the application to be withdrawn since it was nowhere near the stated price. I was told they would have someone call me back. No one ever did. Instead after weeks of waiting, I call back to learn they plan on keeping the over $200. No reason was given, other than that is their policy. No managers were able to come to the phone because they were speaking to vendors regarding a flood that had happened a few weeks back. I guess they are using all the "application" fees from people who never actually were accepted or even heard back from this location to cover the costs of what is probably a shoddily built facility. Absolutely abysmal business practice!!! Nothing was "processed" or ever dealt with by their management, and they hike up the prices, and expect to keep everyone's money who even showed interest in their facility. Unscrupulous and ridiculous. Feel free to sign up for their next round of applications if you like donating money to a facility where you probably won't live."

"We were quoted $1270/br on Monday and filled out a $210 application on Wednesday. The lease reads $1600. Unethical at best! No refunds, and they are the ones who did the bait and switch. I wish I could give zero stars! AND they do not call back when you leave messages. I would not have applied had I known. They also showed my son's lease to his roommate's mother. I would encourage everyone to stay away from these people!!"

"If I could give a negative star review, I would. Application fee is non-refundable and they tell you one price on the application and then increase the amount on the lease. As more students apply for an apartment, they continue to increase the rent. It's price gouging and unethical. The students of this town are supporting the complex."

"I’ve been looking for an apartment to live in since September and most properties were very respectful and easy to communicate with, but this one was exceptional. The office staff has been amazing through the whole process, they’ve answered every question I’ve had with a quick turnaround and do so in the most friendly way which is exactly what my family and I look for in my future home. Lauren showed my roommates and I around the property and I can’t wait to see her sweet face around next year!"

"Campus View is way overpriced for what you get. The spaces are small and once you move in, you find out they want to charge you more for things like pest control. We signed a contract and stayed there until the college closed campus in March. My child moved home at that time. We continued to pay rent the full 12 months and even paid an electric bill monthly when no one was staying in the apartment. Just last month, we expected to get deposit back or at least part of it because they kept the apartment in immaculate condition and it was in great shape. Not only did we not get any deposit back, they are now saying we owe $160+ for the condition of the apartment, carpet cleaning etc. I tried to call about it. The local office says they don’t handle billing. I emailed corporate office and they replied saying they were too busy to speak to anyone on the phone about billing questions and if we had an issue, we would need to fill out a form and email it back in and wait for a response. That is cowardly and ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone. 100% not worth the money or the ridiculousness. UPDATE: I was just informed that the carpet that we were charged for cleaning (part of outstanding balance) has been removed and replaced with hardwood."
