"Would not recommend. Walked in and spoke...the customers turned around and spoke back, big man at the counter never said a thing. That's fine. I walk over to check out the guitar selection they had available while he helped another customer. There were 2 ppl at the counter when I walked in. As I'm looking at the guitars I hear one of the 2 customers leave. So I turn around and there's no one at the counter. I walk over, smile, and made eye contact to let him know that I'm ready to see the guitar. They guy behind the counter says," what is it? Why are you looking at me like that?" I laughed it off to prevent any tension. I explained to him that I wanted to see the silver guitar. He says very sarcastically that he would help me as soon as he's done with the customer in the back at the ATM. Now from where I was standing near the guitars there's no way for me to know that there's someone at the ATM let alone that he's assisting this customer. Keep in mind he's just standing there behind the counter. I say no problem, take your time. Seconds later another customer walks in and speaks. Surprisingly the guy spoke back to him. After the new customer speaks he says, "question" as he he's walking over to the gun case which is literally 4 ft away from the guy at the counter. Guy at the counter then says,"hey man you can't just say question and keep walking." Again, this guy doesn't know that you're waiting on someone using the ATM machine, you're literally standing at the counter as if you're there to greet or help customers. Also the gun case is literally 6 steps away from where you're standing. You mean you can't step over and answer a question while the gentleman uses the ATM machine? I turned and walked out."

"Always a pleasure. Easy process both ways. I'm not sure what happened that caused a negative reaction from some that reviewed this business, but it is, a business. The guy that's usually there is fair and polite. He's quiet sometimes but who isn't? You're not there to make friends. Know what you're looking for, what it's truly worth and make a deal."
