"I would say they have good customer service if Carol wasn’t apart of the business. I’ve done a few purchases with them and the men seem to have much better customer service and appreciation. Carol on the other hand needs to have an attitude adjustment, because clearly interacting with customers is her downfall. If you purchase any jewelry DO NOT expect Carol whose tag said she is a loan officer to be helpful regarding solving any customers issues you may have with your PURCHASE. Refresher on customer service is recommended for her or maybe morning shift isn’t her best suit."
