"Was here today. Planned to spend $1000 I was interested in a camera and a gold chain The lady searched all bags for accessories that were suppose to come with camera. She was unable to find charger and reduced price of camera by $30. The camera totaled $300. The chain was $479. We are at the registered and I'm getting ready to swipe my card for A $1000 I stopped asked young lady can I please have one of the camera bags to go along with my purchase. I'm spending $1000 and the camera is missing the things that you mentioned at the beginning of the transaction. She said hold on let me ask Mike. She returned Mike said you can't have a camera bag. I explained to Mike if I can't have a camera bag you can place your $479 chain back on the shelf. He said ok.i said sir you'd rather cost your company almost $500 than to to out camera in a bag. He said yes now there is something clearly wrong with this conversation. Lady behind me was yelling I'm never coming back here you all are rude, inconsiderate and no courtesy for your customers.. I purchased the camera told him the story about if he was working for my company and did that to one of my customers I would fire him. He explained that just because the computer says the camera comes with a bag that dont mean we are obligated to provide it. I'm oli you're not obligated to provide your customers with camera bags you shouldnt have a problem with giving one to a customer that is spending a $1000 dollars the camera bags are just sitting there collecting dust"

"Was there May 10th looking at a black and decker blower. It was battery operated. With several interchangeable black n decker batteries for it there however the little young lady said since I doesn't come with a battery she couldn't allow me to see if it worked properly. I guess they operate a bit different than the other shops that at least show you the product works before purchase. This was the 2nd but last time visiting. Customer service training is needed here"

"I've been to the store twice and both times the staff was less than accommodating friendly or professional. But the third time was the worst I I pulled in the parking lot at 6:56 they advertise they close at 7 I watch one of the employees rushed to the door to lock it I walked up anyways hoping that maybe she was going to unlock it what she did only to tell me that they were closed when I informed her it wasn't 7 yet and I was there to spend money and buy an instrumental guitar she said too bad we're closed shut the door locked it and walked away Broad River store it's probably the most racist store I've ever been in so between the two of them never again will I step foot in there"

"Store doesn’t close until 7. I called at 6:15 and before I could even ask my question the young lady on the phone cut me off and proceeded to tell me they stopped accepting items at 6:40. I rushed from work on the other side of town because they were the only shop still open just to be show up at 6:38 and be told they don’t accept anything after 6:30 and then watched her lock the door right after I left. If you are going to have hours saying open until 7 don’t try to close early just because it’s friday and you’re ready to go. I will not be coming back here ever and will let everyone know to not use them."
