"If UPS had any signs on the building, or if they had left a note saying it was located inside CVS, I wouldn't have wandered all over the shopping center looking for them. Has UPS just stopped delivering? This is the 2nd time this week that UPS "said they delivered" or attempted to deliver to my house. Both times I was home and 1 time they just left a note in the mailbox and did not attempt delivery. As a matter of fact the pkg. would have easily have fit in my mailbox. The 2nd time they told Samsung it had been delivered to my home. If I can avoid it, I will never use UPS again!!!!"
