"I brought in 3 shoe boxes to be shipped back to the manufacturer at the ship center on Bertram Road. I had all of the paperwork that needed to go with each box. The cashier did not crack a smile and it was apparent that she was not happy to be at work. I could tell she did not want to be bothered and just wanted me out of there. I ended up just giving her one box to ship and drove to the other Fed Ex across town on Robert C Daniel. Everyone that I encountered in that store was super friendly and completely willing to help."

"The FedEx office at 1070 Bertram Rd, Augusta GA has avoided professionalism for far too long. (Look at all of their negative Google reviews). There is no doubt that the employees are making up their own policies about where to deliver packages and they do not care about the customers' needs. I placed an order for my package to be delivered to a UPS store. It is critical to note that I provided both a street address and a unit number. Rather than delivering the package, Fedex's driver misled the system by telling them that the address was undeliverable. After receiving a text message stating that FedEx needed to be contacted in order for me to be able to pick up my package, I contacted FedEx. I found that peculiar since my UPS Store during business hours had a person signing for all packages. The change in delivery date and time now results in a delay in my package delivery. I paid for expedited shipping. All of this adds additional cost and time to the process for me. It took me an additional FIVE days to get my package. Because of this delay, the package and its product could not be used by a customer who came into town strictly for that package. As a result, my customer wasted both time and money. FedEx Corporation should investigate practices at its Bertram Rd facility. In order to prevent this from happening again, I specify in the comment section of my order that my packages should be shipped via UPS. FedEx will not deliver to my address."
