UPS Customer Center

"Two times in the past two weeks I have had my packages say they were delivered when they were not. The first one showed up a couple days later. I have yet to receive the other one. I do not even care that the package has not arrived but the fact they say they were delivered is an issue. Were they delivered to the wrong address? Did someone steal them? Is UPS saying they are delivered even though they are not because the senders paid for them to be delivered by a certain date and they are not delivering them until after? I have not had this problem at other locations but it seems the Aiken UPS has a problem. If you are not delivering them.....DON'T HAVE TRACKING SAY THEY ARE DELIVERED!"

"Friendly, smiling service with Ms. Mary at UPS Customer Center! I paid a fraction of what it would have cost if I'd gone to the UPS Store near Publix. Hours may be limited but there were only 3 people in front of me. I will spread the word!! Will definitely ship from there again!!!"

"Worst customer center!!! Since the driver was told not to turn around IN MY YARD, they decided to put a none delivery status on my address! After a long drawn out process (supposed investigation… I even sent in the video from my ring camera) it was deemed the status would stay. From what I’m being told I will not be able to get this removed. Which means now I have to go to this facility to pick up any packages that ship through UPS. Absolutely ridiculous!!!"
