"Rude Management or Associate not sure which he acted like owned the place. I needed printing done. I sent two emails one with multiple attachments. The rudeness of a manager made me decide not to do all my printing at this location. In addition to an email charge he told me there was another fee attached for them having to open each attachment. I’m shocked and applauded as I have this printing done weekly for my job. Unfortunately this location has forever lost my business!!"

"Such an unpleasant experience at this store. Mind you, I’ve had previous services done at this exact store with zero issues and wonderful customer service. I was disgusted with the day by 0830 simply because your employee AERIEL (sp) had the most rude and condescending attitude. It took all I had to refrain from giving her an unpleasant experience herself and giving her the same attitude in return. No one, and I mean no one should have to deal with a sarcastic eye rolling drama queen to simply drop off a damn package. Idk if I’ve witnessed an employee hate their job and humans more than AERIEL (sp). It’s worth it to me to avoid her disgusting attitude and drive across town to UPS headquarters. I also had my son with me who is NINE YEARS OLD and asked why she was so mean. A NINE YEAR OLD!!!! Pathetic that a 9 year old has better decency and manners. Get it together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Times are hard and finding employees is rough but I’d rather do without someone so sour if I were you."

"The UPS store is conveniently located, has a friendly and knowledgeable staff, provide services that pertain to anything shipping, convenient store hours, parking is very close to the store, staff moves the line really quickly and the store has been recently renovated so its nice and clean. This is my prefer postal services location. I definitely prefer UPS delivery services over FedEx and USPS any day. ."
