"Mostly nice staff. VERY crowded. We wanted to look at the earring wall but the staff that was rearranging it would not move. I said something 3 times, so we left."

"I was humiliated going to this store. I was accused of stealing something that they don't even sale. I walked in to buy gauges ONLY went straight to where the cases are. Picked me out a couple and have them to an employee. I went straight to the cash register and purchased $50 worth of gauges and proceeded to leave. I Was then stopped by this guy sashaying his self saying excuse me and I thought he just needed for me to move and he flips a turn in front of me and asked what is in my hoodie I said excuse me? What's that right there I said this that you do not sale? It was my box for my gauges I bought at the store next store who don't always give you bags when you can carry them. So he just RUDELY says oh and walks off. NO IM SORRY NOTHING! I work for a way huger retails store than Spencer's so I know how PROFESSIONAL to be when you come across someone who may or may not be stealing. He was unprofessional and even thou Spencer's is the only place I buy my gauges I will go online or to Hot Topic. Mind you the place was packed so I assume the lady who helped me claimed I was stealing I'm not sure but either way I NEVER WENT TO THE BACK! If they were more in watching than kekeing and hahaing with the drunks in there they may can do their job better!"

"On this visit the staff was not friendly nor helpful as they usually are. Also, be sure that your items are a good fit for you because their return policy is that you only get a gift card for store credit. After finding this out I may be limiting my purchases with them."

"Have not been to a Spencer's in years. Was doing some Christmas shopping and thought I'd give it a look. I forgot about all the different stuff that they have from whatever is trendy right now to adult toys. Very friendly staff willing to answer questions and knowledgeable. I'm glad employees know the answers because I didn't want to be in there too long because of limited space. Other than that overall great experience."
