"Got loaded at building 250. Appointment time was at 8am got loaded at 9am. Check in with the guard first then you back up, slid your tandem, and unhook from your trailer. You be asked to go park off site and they will call you when there done. There’s not a lot of room to move cause of the container so take your time backing up."

"Building 248 is definitely mediocre. They told my staffing company to end my assignment due to me “not following directions”…. No … they ended my assignment because I was being productive. When there wasn’t freight to pull the clamp drivers would have to sit and wait until there was. I did just sit and wait some days but most days I’d help the unloaders or the loaders. The guy that I was under warned me about them two days prior to them ending my assignment, so that place is definitely toxic and UNPROFESSIONAL ."

"We use this location to hold empty trailers for us from time to time. Was informed when i arrived this morning they had to get approval to give me my company's empty trailer. When the email came back looking for approval was told that I was not allowed to come pick up an empty trailer as a bobtail.... A) if I had an empty trailer to swap, I wouldn't need to swap the trailer. B) these empty trailers belong to my company, we use you as a storage facility for them. Who are you to tell my company they can't have their trailer?"

"Showed up for a Friday night pick up. Showed up on time for appointment, was suppose to be a simple drop and hook, well it wasn't to simple. Our trailer was ready to go, seal on and everything, however, since they person in the office didnt do their job and print out the Bill's, we had to wait till 8 AM for a weekend skeleton crew to come in, only to find out the person in charge of printing bills doesnt work weekends. Took hours to eventually get them to agree to let us take another trailer going to the same place, all the while, they never consented that they made a mistake. Was called 5 days later by the broker agency asking if we where going to be near by to haul that same load. It took them 5 days to fix it. Had it been a simple drop and hook, it would have been a golden load."
