"I’ve been to this location for piercings twice before and had pleasant enough experiences. The piercers always have great attitudes and walk you through aftercare in detail. I was extremely disappointed when I came in with a friend this afternoon to buy new jewelry and had to listen to the two girls behind the counter talking poorly about my friend & how disgusting customers are as she went in to the bathroom to swap out jewelry. They discussed how the policy is to not allow customers to change their jewelry in store (which is completely valid & understandable), however they did not ask her not to do this or state it was their policy. Instead they decided to wait until she was in the bathroom to talk about her as I stood 2 feet away. Very disappointed and will not be back."
