"Rum was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. We were almost forced to come in the shop and get this free under the eye firming stuff to test…..I explained to him I was allergic to a lot of things and he said it’s no worries this is hypoallergenic. I then said ok and let him put the cream on, he then said it was $800 to which I said I’m sorry but not today and he slammed the thing closed and told us to leave. When I got home I noticed my eye was extremely red and broken out and when I googled the ingredients I seen it had AVOCADO oil in it….I’m ALLERGIC to avocados……PLEASE educate staff of the term hypoallergenic and not to use the term loosely and to know the ingredients in the product…..and also don’t be rude to someone not willing to drop $800 on a tube of eye cream."

"This place is such a scam. Was walking by and "persuaded" to come in and deal with a sales pitch for 30 minutes and buy some overpriced skincare routine which I already use one that im happy with. Next day realize I'll never use this and has been sitting in the bag ever since. Look on the receipt and says "no returns only exchanges in 14 days." Fantastic customer practice there. Place is such a scam. Run away as far as you can!"

Hannah and Jacob made this facial a dream! I already have an LED unit and product from a previous salon, so I knew what the results would be before I started. Hannah was sweet, informative and made sure my questions were answered. No pushy sales gimmicks, no pushy questions, just pure relaxation and worth EVERY PENNY! Not only were the results better that I expected but this was the BEST FACIAL I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I’ve already booked my next one. They did confirm the appointment 4 different times which was overkill but knowing that most consumers flake or become NO SHOWS, I totally get it! So even that no longer bothers me after having such a truly relaxing and great experience! I appreciate the chance to take advantage of a package deal so I can treat myself to a little pampering every month. They are through to educate you about your skin and what your skin needs. Sometimes folks don’t truly understand what works and what doesn’t. I’m always learning and can’t wait for my next visit."
