"First I will say, great employees! I did not want to. But I placed an order online for pickup simply because it gave me a 30 or 35% off coupon If I ordered online for pickup. I was told in store they could not offer that. I am not old but I guess I am kind of old because I do not like shopping that way. I was picking up a present for a family and just decided to order it and hope that it was what I want it. Everything worked out great! My biggest issue is why he offer 30 to 35% off if you order online for pickup instead of shopping in a store? Is that so they could decrease the amount of jobs they have to give actual humans to do? It's not just Michael's it's everywhere I know that. But being old school I wish the prices were the same all the way around. That said excellent experience and definitely recommend them!"
