"Placed order online and drove 35 miles to tge atore after they said it was ready. 2 of 3 items said they were in stock online but the store cancelled, saying they were out of stock. Asked associate at register why they show in stock and available online but they say they don't have it. She told me that once and item goes "on clearance", the website counts are never correct. I asked how could changing the PRICE affect the website tracking stock. She told me "We have nothing to do with the website sir". Will stick with Hobby Lobby for our craft shopping in the future!"

"I just moved to the area and I have not been in a Michael's for quite a long time. I came to the Michael's on Harbison tonight to purchase something and when I got to the front I stood at the line where you're supposed to stand when you're waiting for someone to Call you up to pay for your items. The both young ladies were sweeping and cleaning behind the registers, they didnt addressed me. They didn't said a word. I stood there for about 2 minutes and I asked, are those self check out? One young lady said Yes, you can use the one right here. It had I do not use note on it and She didn't even know. I said, you ladies weren't gonna let me know. I was just standing here. I haven't been in Michael's in years, but no one replied. They didn't say a word. I didn't ask for the manager he's probably 12 years old but I'd say this is why business is going down so badly. They want you to spend money but they have poor customer service, they hire these kids, and they don't train them. I've been a manager for over 30 years but I got out of the business people just like that. Poor service, don't care, just wanna go home but they want a paycheck. Smdh!"

"It's definitely a craft shop where you need to only shop during sales, otherwise the prices are outrageously overpriced compared to regular big box stores. They do have a nice variety of seasonal and it's cool they have a cosplay section. I was happy their online estimated quantities match the inventory in store."
