"Attempted delivery to us today and we wanted to verify the package was not damaged and was correct before they left due to its weight and size. (this would take 3-5 minutes at most) "I gotta go, its friday" was the drivers response. If we can't verify a delivery before accepting it, we won't. Poor attitude toward the public. Do not recommend."

"Me and my wife ordered an ac unit from another company and R+L was delivering it to our home ,they lied and said that the delivery would not make on Thursday September 14 2023 but it would be Monday and it never got delivered and now it's Wednesday September 20,2023and they still haven't delivered the AC unit and what makes matters worse is that we have to pick up the unit from Wilson,NC. So if I could give them a 0 I would have."

"Wish I could give zero stars.... Dropped a 500lb pool in the middle of the drive way so nothing could get in or out. When I asked them about it I was told "that's more than they should have done" and "well he's already back in Columbia" how somebody thinks this is service is kind blowing. This was all after setting up delivery a week in advanced and being told they would drop it off at the house since we wouldn't be home. Would never use them again."

"Paid $150 to have a hood shipped from MO. to SC. It was packaged in a box, strapped, and wrapped on a reinforced pallet. Two times in a row in an effort to save space R and L Carriers removed my package from it's pallet and strapped it to a wall. Each time was damaged costing me weeks in time to deliver to my customer. Costing me money in the end."
