Capitol City Cab

"First time using this service. Tried to call and confirm about 6 times and no answer. That's bad for business. Hope they're not coming because I got another ride"

"We only had to wait about 10 minutes for the cab to show up which was nice. We needed the cab to separate times and both vehicles were in good shape and clean. One driver had a great personality the other one not so much."

"Had cab scheduled for 6:00am driver did not show up until 6:35am and I missed my flight so instead of a 17 hr day I now have a 23 hr flight day. Numerous calls to dispatch to get someone there with no resolution. Driver said dispatch knew he was going to be late and all dispatch kept telling me was 10 mins he’s on his way and they are getting no response from the driver. The driver was friendly but I do not recommend using this company."

"This company is fine...if you don't mind them being 20 min late and having to call and remind them that you had a reservation scheduled. I'm seeing a lot of reviews about how "pleasant" the dispatcher was. That's true. Just wish the ACTUAL SERVICE was equally (fractionally) as pleasant. Should have used my phone to pay a stranger to drive me to my destination...wait. Humor aside, go with another option if possible, even if it means walking."

"Don't rely on Capitol City Cab for anything important. I scheduled a ride an hour ahead of time for an interview and left a buffer of 20 minutes for them to be late. After the driver was 15 minutes late I called to see if I should make other arrangements and they told me the driver was "right around the corner." I made the mistake of waiting longer and it took another 10 minutes for the driver to show up- for a total of 25 minutes late making me late for the interview. The dispatch center took no responsibility when I talked to them and told me that all their drivers are third party contractors and are not hired by the company. Checker cab is the same way, but at least they have more drivers which makes them more likely to have a backup in the area if another driver doesn't show."
