"Should have never gotten in the cab when the driver had to literally jump start his battery in my driveway. The van broke down on the side of the road three blocks from our destination and me and my friends had to walk to our destination in the dark and the cold. Do not use this company."

"On 10/15, we had a ride to the Charlotte airport. As soon as my husband and I got in the car, it smelled like gasoline and multiple alert lights were on (check engine, tires, parking brake light, high beam light permanently on, etc) . We had an early flight so we proceeded with the ride. At some point in the ride, the driver had to pull over because the car was overheating. We stopped for about 10 minutes on the side of the highway before we finished the very short remaining journey to the airport. The driver picked us up on time and was friendly enough but we felt incredibly unsafe the entire ride. The company clearly puts margins over passengers and when we called and talked to the company owner, he didn’t acknowledge the unsafe conditions and kept deferring to the fact that we made it to our destination, so all was fine. The conversation with the owner was a very unpleasant one, as he refused to take responsibility for the poor quality of his cars and then began to attack our character once he was presented with the facts of our experience. We would not recommend this service, as they overcharge for an unsafe experience and refuse to take responsibility. I worry for the safety of the next passengers."

"I was in town for the Elton John concert and called at 12:30 to set up a ride to the Arena. At 1830 the cab never showed. I called to see what was going on and was told he would call the driver and call me right back. Never called back and every time I called I was sent to voicemail. Almost missed the show because of their irresponsibility and unprofessionalism. The only reason they received one star is because it won’t let you leave a negative 5 star"
