Saia LTL Freight

"After three emails saying that my package was out for delivery three consecutive days I finally called ltl to see what the deal was with my delivery. Took 9 minutes on hold to finally get a someone to answer. They went through the whole process of trying to figure out what was going on and finally scheduled an official delivery date and time and assured me that it would be delivered the following day between the hours of 1 & 6. Neither of those two things happened. This unfortunately isn't my first rodeo with these clowns and I've had very similar experiences each time. For now on if FTL is the sellers preferred freight company I won't purchase from the seller.. this company SUCKS!!!"
